What are Gmail Add-Ons (Extensions)

Gmail Add-ons are tools that can be integrated directly into the Gmail app (web & mobile). These are created to extend the functionality of Gmail by providing additional features to the users.

How to add Gmail Add-Ons

dding a Gmail extension is as simple as finding the extension you want in the web store and clicking the “Add to Chrome” button. And then confirm it by clicking the “Add extension” button when prompted.

@realty Cloud Add-On

The @realty Cloud Add-On is automatically available to all @realty agents & OASIS agents that are using emails associated to @realty's Google Account.

To use the Add-On the User needs have an email open. When clicked, the Add-On will search the Users CRM database to see if there is one or more contacts with matching email addresses. For example in the below screenshot there are 2 contacts that match the email addresses in the email chain.

When clicking on the name, the key details of the Contact will display, the User will also be able to click the OPEN IN CRM button to view the Contact Record in the CRM.

IF the email address does not match any contacts in the database, there will be an ADD USER TO CRM button. When clicked the User can add the Contact to their database.

@realty Add-On for Mobile Devices

The @realty Add-On works on mobile devices if the User has the Gmail App downloaded on their device. Just like in the browser version of Gmail, the User needs to first open an email, then scroll to bottom of the email chain and the Add-On will be visible. All of the same features as the browser version are available.
