You have access to a wide array of services from the Marketing Team. Below is a list of the services and brief explanation of each.
Property Marketing
You can order marketing products for Listing Campaigns using the Marketing Products feature in the CRM.
The Marketing team will design the required materials, and when approved by the agent (and money is in the account) send the artwork to the supplier. This will include items such as signboards, brochures, photography etc.
Agent Marketing
You can order marketing products for their own personal marketing. This includes:
Letterbox drops
Social media tiles
Bus stops
Business cards
and more!
The Marketing team has templates ready to be used for most marketing items, however the team can create custom items, you just need to provide the content.
Social Media
@realty has an in-house social media team that can create campaigns for lead generation, public awareness / brand exposure or specific listing marketing.
Other Requests
There may be other requests made by agents, that may or may not fall within the scope of the services we provide.
Essentially we will can provide services for anything that is Agent or Property related, however a request may be out of scope if the request is directly related to these. For example, an agent may be selling land lots for a developer and the agent wants us to create a signboard or website for this development. Unless the agents details are on these items and it appears as the agent’s assets, this would fall outside of our scope. We do not provide services to the developer, only to the agent.
