Please note, a Property Disclosure Statement, Minimum Standards checklist & @realty Trust Account Disclosure Statement needs to be completed & included with the management agreement. From 13 October 2026, the completed Minimum Standards checklist (with dated photos) forms part of the records rental providers must keep to prove the property met the minimum standards when it was advertised and when the renter moved in, so keep a copy on the property file.

Please note, the following must be included/provided with the tenancy agreement:

• A Renters Guide published by Consumer Affairs Victoria must be provided
• A written statement about whether or not the agent can authorise urgent repairs and the amount they can authorise
• An emergency telephone number for the landlord or telephone and fax number for the agent in case urgent repairs are needed
