Terms & Conditions For Online Credit Card Payments

@realty accepts the following cards:

• MasterCard

• Visa

• Amex

@realty does not accept:

• EFTPOS

Credit Card Processing:

1. When you complete the online payment form, funds will be deducted from your credit card.

2. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of

1-3 days of funds clearing into @realty’s accounts.

3. Payments are debited to @realty Pty Ltd.

4. Credit card payments are secure:

Payments will be processed directly by @realty's preffered banking insitution using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet.
@realty does not have access to your credit card details

5. Confirmation:

If successful, @realty's preffered banking insitution will confirm that your payment was completed through the @realty software platform.
If unsuccessful, @realty's preffered banking insitution will advise that your payment has failed through the @realty softwrae platfrom. @realty will not be advised why a payment has failed, therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details.
If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice, to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of @realty services and Internet resources.

6. @realty will confirm your payment details via the software platform.

7. By using @realty's online credit card facilities you agree to @realty’s refund policies relating to your transaction.

8.All information you provide on the credit card payment facility forms will be handled in accordance with the @realty privacy statement.

9.@realty's Terms and Conditions for online credit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subject to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in place at the time of the transaction.

10. All credit card transactions will encure a transaction fee in accordance with the ACCC
