To access the Ambassador section of the CRM, click on the Ambassador label in the header. Then click on 'Send Information Kit' to generate an email to send to your contact.
Make sure you are selecting a contact record instead of entering an email address when trying to send an email. You can tell if you selected a contact record because the name will display in the Send To field instead of the email address. You can also create a contact from this screen by clicking on Create New.
When you send the email a Proposal Link will be automatically generated and inserted into the email.
Make sure the recipient click on one of the two buttons at the bottom of the link so that we can track that you have referred that person. At this stage a member of the head office team can reach out to the potential agent.
