Navigating the Property Record

Think of the Property Record as the folder that holds all of the information related to the property. You can have multiple

• Appraisal Records
• Proposal Records
• Listing Records
• Management Records (you will only see this if you are operating with @realty Rentals)
• Tenancy  Records (you will only see this if you are operating with @realty Rentals)

attached to the property at any given time.

You can quickly create any of the records by clicking on the 'Create +' button in the middle of the screen.

When a listing record is marked as Sold, the buyers will become the new owners of the property automatically.

You can quickly navigate to the live record by clicking on 'YES' under FOR SALE, FOR LEASE, MANAGED or TENANTED.
