How to Download & Set Up the iOS App

How to Download


The iOS app is an Unlisted App, meaning it cannot be found in the app store, instead a link is needed to access the App. The link has been added to the Resources section of the CRM.

Be sure to click on the link using the phone or scan this QR code with your phone's camera




The app will only work in AU and NZ regions. This is governed by the regional settings in the User’s iCloud account. Users can change the regional settings within their iCloud account.


Initial Set Up


When downloading the app and opening it for the first time, you will be prompted to update the settings on your phone.


First you will need to:


Step 1: allow the app to send notifications


Step 2: Sign in with Google, be sure to allow all prompts



Step 3: Enable Caller ID

Follow the steps to enable Caller ID by following these steps: 

Settings → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification → Turn @realty Cloud On



Step 4: Update Contacts



Step 5: View Contacts (Wait for Contacts Successfully Updated message)





Step 6: You're in!
