Open the Inspection page on the Mobile App and select an inspection time.
In the NEW ATTENDEE tab a list of Contacts that have already enquired on the Listing. You can tap on + Attendee to add the Contact as an Attendee.
If you want to add a new Contact as an Attendee, you need to tap on Add Attendee to open the Check In page.
When in the Check In screen, you can ask the Attendee for their name or phone number and as they type the app will search for matching contacts to display.
If you want to add that Contact, you can tap on the Contact’s name to add.
If, there are no matches, then you can click on the Create New Contact button
and the entered details will be pre-filled.
