Introduction
Refund or credits may be provided in the following circumstances:
@realty cancels a product or service in part or in full.
The customer cancels a deposit for a product or service in part or in full.
The price varies from that advertised or paid by the customer.
The person or organization billed did not originate the charge as a result of fraudulent use of credit cards or other such circumstances.
This policy is subject to any specific licence agreement or contract applicable to specific products and services.
Where a customer has paid a deposit or service which is not subsequently available, the customer is entitled to a full credit or, at the customer request, a refund.
Order is cancelled
Where a customer cancels a deposit or service order in full or in part, with sufficient time for us to withdraw any orders made on the customers behalf, the customer is entitled to a full credit of that portion of the product or service that has not been delivered. If the order has processed to a point whereby it cannot be withdrawn, standard termination fees will apply.
Price variations
Where the price of a prepaid product or service decreases, the customer is entitled to a credit of the difference.

Superseded products
If @realty cancels a prepaid product or service and replaces it with a lesser priced product or service, then the customer shall receive a credit of the difference.
Refunds
The method of refund will be via cheque, credit card transfer or direct deposit to your nominated account. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of funds clearing into @realty’s bank account
