Welcome to your @realty Cloud dashboard. 


You will notice that your photo is displayed in the centre of the page and at the top of the screen are the navigational tabs.  


When looking all the way to the right you will also see a 'Create +', this is a shortcut button to quickly create certain activities in the @realty Cloud.



The navigational TABs are as follows 

  1. Clicking on 'Dashboard' will bring you back to this screen. 

  2. 'Contacts' will navigate you to your list of contacts and Tasks.

  3. 'Properties' is a dropdown that allows you to navigate to your list of Properties, Listings, Network listings, Proposals, Appraisals, Property management, Forms, Prospector, Inspections, Projects.

  4. 'Offers' will navigate you to your list of Offers, Conditions, and Settlement statements.

  5. 'Marketing' is a dropdown that will navigate you to the 'Products' (marketing products), 'Campaigns, 'Email Marketing' for mass email marketing and 'Orders' your current and past orders marketing orders.

  6. 'Resources' has a extensive list that includes but not limited to, Marketing centre, REA pricing, support knowledge base, Forms & Contracts.

  7. 'Google WS' is where you can access your email and calendar.

  8. 'Setup' is another dropdown that will navigate a list that includes but not limited to SMS account funds for SMS sending, Landing pages for your own personal links.



Next on your dashboard you will see your tasks and key dates menu. 

Tasks are maintained by you and Key dates are generated from the @realty Cloud.





From here to the left, there are 3 tiles that provide a quick stats about your @realty cloud. You can click on the blue numbers to navigate to the screen.




The Head Office Message board is where important messages from the @realty head office will be displayed. It's important to continually check on this.

Under your head office messages you will find an area where you can add agent Goals.






Scrolling down the page, your calendar is displayed on the right side of your screen. This is connected to your Google Calendar and can be toggled between a Month, Week or Day view.


At the bottom of the dashboard screen is quick access to your key resources.

There is also a quick access to the help centre at the very far right.
