Contact Screen

This screen displays all of the information about the contact. You can edit fields by clicking on the blue edit icon in the top right of each section.

Any outstanding and completed tasks will display in the task board in the top right of the screen.

You can add multiple tags to the contact to custom categorise your contacts. This helps with creating email marketing lists and with filtering contacts for other marketing purposes.

If there are other other related contacts that you want to be connected to this contact, you can add them by typing in the Related Contacts field. You will need to make sure that contact is already created in the system.

The Activities Tab will display any activities this contact has performed. For example if this contact was automatically created through Homepass by visiting an open home, the activity would be recorded here. Also, if this contact was automatically created by by enquiring through REA or Domain, that would be recorded here.

The Properties tab displays all properties and listings attributed to this contact. You can navigate to that property or listing by clicking on the address.

The Offers Tab displays all offers associated with the contact.
