Creating a Property

You can create a new property in your database by clicking on the Create Property button on the properties list page or by clicking on the Create + from any screen.

This is where you can create:

• Residential properties 
• Residential leases
• Commercial properties
• Businesses

You can enter the address in the location field. This is connected to google maps and will automatically look up the address as you type. If google maps is unable to locate the address, you can manually enter the address by clicking the 'Can't find address' box.

On step 2 you will need to add a contact as the owner for the property. You can add multiple owners here.

If you click on the 'Search Pricefinder' button the property details fields will be automatically populated with the details from Pricefinder.

On the 3rd step you can add the features of the property and any attachments that you want to store with the property.
