Creating a Vendor Report

You can easily create a vendor report from the listing record. To do this navigate to your listing, then click on 'Create' and select 'Vendor Report'



This will display the first step of creating your Vendor Report. First select the template you want to use. Then tick the boxes of the section you want to include. Most of the data is pre-filled from the CRM, however there is some data that will require your input.


At the bottom of the screen you will see an 'Attachments' button. This can be used to attach additional documents that you want to include in your vendor report, such as realestate.com.au and domain.com.au reports.



The second step will give you a preview of the report, you can also download a PDF of the report from this screen. You can go back to step 1 if you need to make any changes. 



The 3rd step makes it easy for you to quickly send the vendor report to your client. The link to the vendor report is automatically inserted.
