How to create a Price Update
To create a Price Update, navigate to the Proposals List view and click CREATE NEW.
Select an existing Property or create a new one.
Then select a Price Update template
This templates contains 5 sections:
Thank You
Comparables - Sold
Head Office Team
About Agent
Testimonials
Next Steps
You can delete or move these sections. Before progressing to the next step, be sure to complete all sections with fields.
Then Preview/Edit the Price Update on Step 3. To edit the fields, click the edit toggle and the editable fields will display with a blue background.
One all edits are complete, send the Price Update in Step 4. There is an email template that can be used for send Price Updates: Category = HO Created Appraisal Templates → Template = Price Update
