Where to create an email marketing campaign (Mass Email)

Email Marketing Campaigns are used when broadcasting an email to multiple Contacts within a database. This is useful for newsletters, Listing Announcements (Just Listed, Price Updates, Just Sold) and Prospecting Emails.

Agents can create Email Marketing Campaigns from multiple spots within the CRM


From the Contact List View

First an agent will need to select the Contacts from the Contact’s List View, then click Actions → Email/HTML Email 

From the Email Marketing Section

When in the Email Marketing section of the CRM (https://myatrealty.com/agent/marketing?product=email-marketing) the User can click on the Create Email Marketing Campaign button.

From the Listing Record

When in the Listing Record, the User can scroll down to the Potential Buyers section, then select the Contacts they want to send the email to and click either Email or HTML Email. 

Mobile App

You can send a Bulk SMS from the Mobile App from several spots:

  • The Buyers tab within a Listing Record

  • The Attended tab in an Inspection Record 

The email will logged against the Contact Record and any replies will also be logged in the CRM.
