Start by navigating to the Contact Groups tab in Email Marketing
Click on 'Create New' and select what type of list you want to create.
Standard - The list is static and will not auto update itself
Auto Update - The list will automatically update itself based on the filters selected in step 2. If contact is added to the CRM that fits the filters, the contact will be added to the list. If a contact no longer fits the filters, it will be removed from the list.
Next, select the filters for your list
You can build a list of contacts that have enquired on a listing or visited an open home by selecting the 'Property Enquiries' filter. This is a great way to update potential buyers whenever there is an important update such as a price change or when the listing is sold.
You can also build a list of potential buyers based on the Preference Records for each contact. This is a great tool to use when you have a new listing and want to update your contact database about that listing. Using this filter will ensure that you email relevant contacts that have expressed interest in similar properties to your new listing.
Lastly, give your list a name and click Finish.
