Step-by-step video on how to create a Mass Email
Step 1: Go to Marketing
In your @realty CRM dashboard click on tab Marketing > Email Marketing
Step 2: Create the Contact Group
Click on tab > Contact Groups
Click on Create New button
Be sure to select Auto-update and click Next
Select your Contact Type then click Next
Name your Contact Group and click Finish
Next it's time to select your Template
Scroll down to Head Office Templates and select the Template you want to Duplicate
Select YES to confirm duplication to add to Your Templates
Name your template and click YES
Next, you can view the Template block editor and choose to add Content
Click on the ROWS Tab to scroll down and select Search Listings to add a Single or Multiple Properties
Scroll down to add a Single Property
Type in and select the correct address from the dropdown.
Create your List Name and select the block type
Your property listing is displayed with editable text. Once you are done editing click Finish.
You can now drag and drop the property listing into the email.
Once successfully saved you can return to Email Marketing.
Now you can go ahead and Create Email Marketing Campaign.
Select the created Recipient List
Add the Email Subject and click Next
Now do a final check of the email and select Send Test Email
Enter your email address and Send Now to check received correctly. Once checked you can select Next.
Finally you can LAUNCH EMAIL to send to your recipients.
You can return to Email Marketing and review the Email Marketing Report
The Report contains detailed information on the number of Emails Opened, Links Clicked, Emails Bounced to incorrect addresses and recipients who have Unsubscribed.
