Mass Emails - Campaigns

Sending mass emails from @realty Cloud is an easy 3 step process. To begin the process you will need go the Email Marketing screen by clicking on the Marketing tab at the top and selecting Email Marketing. On this screen you will be able to see all of your past campaigns and any draft campaigns waiting to be sent. You can begin the campaign process by clicking on Create Email Marketing Campaign.

In this screen you will can select a previously create recipient list by clicking on the yellow arrow next to the list name. The blue pencil will allow you to edit the list. You can also create a new recipient list by clicking on the Create New button.

You will also need to enter the Email Subject on this screen. Then click NEXT.

On the second step you will be able to access the templates that have been created by the @realty head office. When you hover you cursor over the template you will be able to preview the template by clicking on the yellow button. If you decide you use this template click on on the purple duplicate icon. You will then be prompted to name the new template and assign it to a category.  You can create a new category by clicking on the + icon, and then assign the template to this category.

The template will display under My Templates and you will need to click on Use Template to be directed to the template editor.
