What are filters?

Filters help find properties based on specific characteristics such as location, features or key dates.

How to use filters

When viewing the Property List View https://myatrealty.com/v2/properties there will be 2 filters displayed by default:

• The address filter

  • This is blank, however you can quickly enter a suburb or postcode to find Properties in that area.

• The status filter

  • This is defaulted to All statuses

If you would like to further filter your list of property, click the FILTER button and select the filter you want to use.

This will display the filter in the selected list of filters where you can choose the action within the filter.

You can use the AND/OR condition to decide if the results need all features or some features.
