Summary
If you are acting as a Buyer's Agent, this means you have signed an agreement with the Buyer to pay you a commission when they purchase a property.
How to Create and Offer
Because you are representing the Buyer, you do not have a Listing Record in the CRM at this stage. You will need to create the Offer from the Create + button in the header
Then make sure you tick I am acting as a Buyer's Agent
You should select NO for the Conjunctional agent, unless you are sharing your commission with another agent that is NOT part of your team.
You will then need to create the Listing Record to associate the Offer to.
Then you will need to attach the required documents.
If the deposit is being paid/held by a party other than @realty, be sure to select Other in the Held By field. This will NOT trigger a deposit request.
Then be sure to complete the rest of the steps in the Offer Process.
When the Offer is Unconditional, the Settlements team at the head office will generate a Gross Commission Statement that is addressed to the Buyer(s).
