Modified on Thu, 18 Jul at 4:34 PM

Overview

If you want the discounted price for Premier ads, you can set up your own account with REA and @realty will reimburse the monthly fees (maximum $285 inc GST per month). The fees are reimbursed on settlement of the listing, and this occurs up to 12 times in a 12 month period.

Agreement Clause for Reimbursement

The below clause can be found in the agreement you have signed with @realty.

Clause 2.10 in the FEE STRUCTURE section states the following:

2.10 If You decide to have your own REA subscription, then @realty will reimburse You up to $285.00 including GST (this will depend on your monthly fee with REA) on settlement from the Administration Fee for the first twelve (12) settlements in a twelve (12) month period. The Gross Commission for the settlement must be greater than $5,500 and You must be entitled to 100% of the commission split. You will need to provide written confirmation and request acknowledgement from @realty Senior Management that you intend to have your own REA subscription and will be seeking reimbursement. You must provide @realty head office with a copy of Your agreement with REA. You will be unable to request backpay for any unpaid reimbursement once settlement has occurred and You have been paid Your commission.
