Summary

Let Only agreements are when you will be advertising the property for lease, but once a tenant is found you will NOT be the managing agent.

How to advertise a Let Only

NOTE: If you are not operating as an @realty Property Manager, then you will need to set up as an Independent Property Manager. Contact the Head Office PM team for more information.

First, a property record will need to be created. Then you will need to click on Create → Create Listing

IF you are an @realty Property Manager, the system will require you to create a Management Record before listing the property.

But, if you are NOT an @realty Property Manager, then they can create the FOR LEASE listing without the Management Record. You will be asked to add the Let Only agreement in the Documents section of the Listing.

Fees

@realty will not charge any fees for Let Only listings. However, you will need to pay for the advertising on the websites:

$99 inc GST for:

  • realestate.com.au

  • domain.com.au

  • rent.com.au

If you have your own realestate.com.au subscription, then the advertising costs is $49 inc GST for:

  • domain.com.au

  • rent.com.au
