How to Publish a One-Off Commercial Listing on realcommercial.com.au

If you want to advertise a single commercial property on realcommercial.com.au, you don't need to create it from scratch in REA. Load it in the @realty CRM as normal, and REA receives it as a draft that you then publish.

Steps

1. Upload the commercial property in your @realty CRM as you normally would, and push it to REA.
2. Once @realty has sent the listing feed, sign in to REA Agent Admin.
3. Select Listings from the left-hand menu.
4. Change the listing category at the top of the page to Commercial.
5. Find the property marked Draft, select its address, and follow the prompts to publish it as a one-off commercial listing.

Can't see the draft?

Check that you've switched the category to Commercial, since commercial drafts don't show in the residential view. Allow a little time for the feed to come through. If it still isn't there, contact @realty Support and we'll confirm the listing was sent to REA.
