You can watch a video HERE or follow the step by step guide below

To create a listing you first need to create a property. Once you have created the property you can click on the green 'Create +' button and select 'Create Listing. This will take you into the listing workflow.

The first step will prompt you to upload the required documents. This will vary depending on the state the property is in.

The second step is where you can add the marketing campaign. You can click on 'Add Campaign' to begin this process.

Now you can either create a new campaign or duplicate an existing campaign.

Next select the products of the campaign.

Then fill in the Invoice details. When you click finish the Invoices will be sent to the payers.

This screen is where you enter the details of the listing. The Price/Display Price fields is required. This is the price the websites use for filtering. If you do not want to display the price you can enter text into next field which will override the price. You will need to select the Authority type and details as well as the commission type and details. There is a tick box to display the full address online.

On this screen you can fill in the ad headline and description and any links for videos and virtual tours can be copied and pasted into here.

When adding photos and floorplans you can either drag and drop or click on the grey box to find photo files on your computer. Photos cannot be larger then 2 mb each and you cannot upload more than 26 photos. Once uploaded you can rearrange the photos by dragging and dropping them.

Open home times are easily added and removed on this screen.

You can add a co-agent to your listing by clicking on the co-agent box and selecting the agent. A co-agent has to be part of the @realty network, you cannot select agents that are not part of @realty.

The partner agent option will display if you are part of a team within @realty. This is where you can select your team members.

Listed below are the available website to advertise your listing on. The export date column will display the last time the listing was pushed to the websites, and the promo types column will allow you to select what type of upgrade you want to chose for that website. If the upgrade the requires an approval from head office, the listing will be pushed to all websites except the website requiring approval. This is generally realestate.com. Once approval is provided from head office the listing will be automatically pushed.
