You can record the feedback you receive from buyers for listings. This is good information to keep to track to be able to discuss potential changes to listings with your vendors.
When you are in the Listing you can click on the Activity tab to view feedback.
You can view previous feedback here or add new feedback by clicking on the edit icon in the top right corner.
You will be prompted to select the feedback type, meaning where the feedback is coming from: Open home (ofi), enquiry, private inspection, etc.
Once you have completed all of the fields you can tick if this feedback should be included in reporting for your vendor.
