When you send an email from @realty Cloud the system will track when the email was opened by the receiver and how many times.
In order for the tracking system to work you do need to send the email from @realty Cloud. You can do this by clicking on G-Suite => Email
Once the email has been sent you can click on 'Sent Mail' on the left side of the screen to view your sent email.
On the right side of the email sent you will see either a grey or green dot next to the sent email. If the dot is green that means that the email has been opened. When hovering over the dot you will see when the email was opened last and how many times it was opened.
