Goal setting and tracking your performance is easily achievable within the @realty cloud. To start setting goals go to Setup -> Goals.
Once you click into Goals, to start creating, select "Create Goal"
Now you are on this page you can enter the details of the goal you would like to set for yourself.
As you start creating the goal more tabs will display and you can see the conversions being calculated automatically by the calculator. You can adjust the the conversion rates yourself.
Now that the goal is set, you can keep track of the goal by clicking on the right-hand side under actions.
This is how your goal will appear once you have created it. The data used in this graph will be taken from the CRM.
Leads are counted using Enquiry records created against contacts with Type = Appraisal
Appraisals are counted using Appraisal records
GCI is calculated using Gross Commission Statements with status = Sent
