When the Agent requests a contact to verify their identity, they will receive an email and SMS.
When the User clicks on the link to begin the Verification process they will be required to provide at least 2 of the following IDs:
Driver’s License
Passport
Medicare Car

They will then be required to take a photo of themselves so that the application can verify that the User matches the image of the person on the provided documents.
When completed, the User can tick that the they confirm the information provided is correct and click the CONFIRM button.
The Agent will receive a SMS that the Contact has completed the Verification Process and they can click the link to view the documents and Approve the ID check or request a re-upload of documents if they are hard to view.
