You will receive an email about listings that match contacts in your database with matching preference records. You will only receive this email when the following occurs:
The listing record has a status of Active or Current.
The listing record is sent to the websites for the first time
There are contacts in their database with Preference Records that match the listing record
The email template has 2 sections. My Listings and Network Listings.
My listings will display listings that match contacts in their database, with a list of the matching contacts.
Network listings will display listings that belong to other agent users that match contacts in their own database, with a list of the matching contacts.
