If you have just created a new listing and want to notify matching potential buyers, you will first need to navigate to the Listing Record and click on the Potential Matches Tab.

This tab will display all contact records that have Preference that match this listing. Click on the top check box to select all of the contact or you can individually select contacts. Then click on either the EMAIL or SMS button.

A pop up screen with the list of contacts will display and you will need to add a subject.

The next step is to select a template. You can find a JUST LISTED template in the Head Office Templates section

Remember, if using a Head Office Template, you will need to Duplicate the template then you will be able to find that template in the My Templates section.
TIP: When editing the template it is a good idea to use the Expand button to see a full page view. This makes the editing experience much easier.

You can either adjust the template by changing the photo and description within the template

Or you can delete this section and add in the Listing through ROWS -> SEARCH LISTINGS

and then drag and drop the listing into the template

Next click SAVE and the minimise button (if you have expanded the screen)

Then Click NEXT

Then you can give the Campaign a name and click LAUNCH
