MyConnect for @realty Rentals Agents

MyConnect is a free Australian utility connection service owned by Origin Energy that helps people set up electricity, gas, and internet when moving home.

You receive 100% of the commissions from successful utility connections while improving your service offering for your tenants with minimal to no action required!

Every new tenancy created in Property Tree will be contacted by MyConnect to assist them with their utility connections.. 

You can manually add new connection requests & access an overview of your commissions directly from the MyConnect Portal. You will receive your login details from MyConnect & will log in through their dedicated online portal (http://portal.myconnect.com.au/). 

The service is free to use for all parties involved.

MyConnect covers residential and commercial moves – not just tenancies. The files attached at the bottom of this article are approved for you to share with anyone moving, including tenants, landlords, purchasers and vendors:

• MyConnect_Consent_Form.pdf – full consent form for any move – residential or commercial, tenants, purchasers or vendors. States that using MyConnect is optional and not part of a tenancy application assessment.
