Mass Email - Merge Tags

You can use merge tags to automatically populate the recipient contact's first and last name. This is a good way to give the email a personal touch.

When you have opened an email template, click into a text field an you will see 'Merge Tags' 

Then you can select the Merge Tag to be inserted into the template.

The Merge Tags will appear like this in the template.

This will populate with the contacts First and Last name when sent.
